What marketing tools will you use to help me?
I will upload your property onto the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and also onto various apps such as Zillow and Trulia, to get the maximum amount of exposure. My brokerage also works closely with Russell & Herder, who are well renowned with advertising. I will hire a professional photographer to come and capture the beauty of your home! And I also have a tool that will allow us to do a virtual tour of your home, so more people can view your property from wherever they please. Those are just a few ways I will market your property!
What is the first step in the home buying process?
Getting pre-approved for a mortgage is the first step. Unless you are paying with 100% cash, this will be your first step. It is important because this will let us know what properties you can afford, as well as inform the sellers that you are a serious buyer who can secure financing for the property.
